RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

Raelynn is a single 27 year old girl who lives and works in Boston. Her job is in finance and, at times, can be very stressful. She loves to entertain and it is important to her that her apartment is a place where she can host. Raelynn describes her style as “refined traditional.” Raelynn’s apartment should be a place where she can come home and unwind after a long day of work as well as a functional, open space for her to entertain in. The feel of the apartment will be simple, luxurious, and comfortable.

This residential design project was done during the spring semester of 2014; second semester freshman year.The programs used to create this project were AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Adobe Photoshop.
